 12. Remove the template and enlarge the osteotomy with sucessively larger drills, using the prepared pilot hole as a guide for angulations & depth. |
 13. Endosseous implant inserted into the prepared site. |
 14. A healing cap is placed with suturing completed. |
 15. Post-operative radiograph of the endosseous implant indicates placement in an ideal position. |
