 16. Remove the template and enlarge the osteotomy w/ successively larger drills, using the prepared pilot hole as a guide. |
 17. Place a larger depth gauge to reconfirm angulations and depth. |
 18. Radiograph of larger depth gauge to reconfirm appropriate positioning of the prepared osteotomy. |
 19. An endosseous implant is inserted into the prepared site. |
