 8. Use the hemostat to transfer template directly over the secured guide pin. Then manually adapt the softened base to the adjacent teeth of the edentulous ridge. |
 9. Allow template to cool down until it turns opaque and hard. |
 10. Remove template from the cast and cold sterilize it in an appropriate disinfectant (do not autoclave). |
