 4. Occlusal view of template placed over guide pin. |
 5. Soften the template in hot water above 140°F (60°C) for about a minute. |
 6. Wait until thermoplastic base of template turns completely transparent and malleable. |
 7. Remove the softened template from hot water using a hemostat. |
